Here is the bottom line.

Yes it is true that there is rampant corruption and sooner or later those behind it all will get discovered and face their crimes, but who are we kidding? It is a big and well-kept secret among all the corrupt and the regulators and even the journalists...I mean somehow someone has got to make a few bucks in here , right?

This is capitalism in its truest form. it is what feeds it and makes it alive.
