On the fortieth birthday, the gifts are pouring in. although each one is as soul-wrenching as the others, considering the situation, nothing but can be expected.

Today the unreformable, expansionist and warmongering Islamist fascists are celebrating their 40th anniversary of takeover and occupation of Iran.

On this dark anniversary, like a tsunami, the lifeless bodies of Iranians who have committed “suicide” in the captivity of Islamist fascists keep popping out of the archipelago of dungings.

Ever since the latest nationwide protests against the Islamist fascism rule in Iran was brutally put down, according to the fascists nearly 5000 Iranians were taken captive and number of them have committed “suicide” while in captivity.

At least one human rights attorney,  Mohammad Najafi, who publicly questioned the “suicide” of a young detainee, Vahid Heydai,  has been taken captive.

News of the latest Iranian “suicide” in captivity of Islamist fascists:

“An Iranian-Canadian academic and environmental activist detained in Iran last month has died in a Tehran prison, his family and activists say.

They identified the scholar as Kavous Seyed-Emami, a 63-year-old U.S.-trained professor of sociology who also headed an Iranian conservation group.

Seyed-Emami’s son, Iranian musician Raam Emami, wrote on social media late on February 10 that authorities had informed his mother about his father’s death the previous day.

"The news of my father's passing is impossible to fathom," he wrote on his Instagram page.

He added that the authorities said his father had committed suicide following his arrest on January 24.

Seyed-Emami had been managing director of the Persian Wildlife Heritage Foundation (PWHF), a nongovernmental organization that seeks to protect Iran's rare animals.”

Airtight sanctions, a la against the despicable South Africa apartheid, works. U.S. lawmakers get to it.
